Job Description:
  • Serve as a key liaison between FAA stakeholders, developers, and program teams supporting REGIS operations.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of system enhancements.
  • Coordinate and support Change Requirements Board (CRB) meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and documentation of action items and decisions.
  • Track and manage user change requests, system enhancements, and operational improvements.
  • Lead and manage testing activities for system changes, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, production validation, and post-deployment verification.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and functional support for REGIS processes, user issues, and data-related challenges.
  • Monitor and coordinate resolution of help desk tickets, ensuring timely support and issue resolution for system users.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, SOPs, configuration guides, and user training materials.
  • Support operations and maintenance activities, including system updates, releases, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain program documentation and configuration management artifacts using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate on reporting and data analysis for financial and operational metrics, including development of dashboards or analytics using Tableau or other tools.
  • Support security, compliance, and audit activities, including coordination of remediation actions and documentation for governance requirements.
  • Maintain program knowledge resources and contribute to a centralized knowledge base for system support activities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional initiatives to improve program delivery and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications: 
  • A bachelor's degree including at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required.
  • 16 years of experience
