- Provide end-user support for REGIS through phone, email, and ticketing systems, assisting users with system navigation, access issues, and application functionality.
- Perform initial issue triage, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for user-reported incidents and service requests.
- Track, document, and manage help desk tickets within defined service timelines, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate Tier 2 or Tier 3 support teams when necessary.
- Provide Tier 2 business application support for REGIS, assisting users with system functionality, data inquiries, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams to support Tier 3 troubleshooting and diagnostics for REGIS when advanced technical assistance is required.
- Assist with routine system support activities, including monitoring application performance and supporting logical database operations when needed.
- Maintain and update help desk documentation, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures.
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including user guides, quick reference materials, and instructional documentation.
- Deliver end-user training sessions (virtual or in-person) to support onboarding, new releases, and system enhancements.
- Support the operation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) used for REGIS and SAPS training programs.
- Collaborate with program teams to identify common user challenges and training opportunities to improve system adoption and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree including at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required.
- 4 years of experience
